2200 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 2200 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated below. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 2200 platform via the website 2200.click or related applications, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
The 2200 platform may only be used by individuals who:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority under Malaysian law;
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not be prohibited by any applicable local laws or regulations from using such services.
Continued use of this platform following any amendments to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full features of the 2200 platform, you are required to register a user account. During registration, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full name, phone number, and any other required details;
- Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with any third party;
- Notify 2200 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
- Register only one (1) account per individual — multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
2200 reserves the right to request identity verification (including copies of identification documents) at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. 2200 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised third-party access if such access resulted from your own negligence in safeguarding your account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 2200 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner;
- Cheating, manipulating, or attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities in our systems;
- Sharing your account or allowing another party to use it on your behalf;
- Spreading false information, defamatory content, or any material that violates the law while using the platform;
- Taking any action that could compromise the integrity, performance, or security of the 2200 platform;
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable Malaysian law.
2200 reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension or closure without prior notice, if you are found to have breached any of the above rules. In cases of confirmed fraud, 2200 also reserves the right to freeze the balance in the relevant account and report the incident to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 2200 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is applied to standard deposits or withdrawals made via local payment methods.
Supported deposit methods include FPX (direct transfer from Malaysian local banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and domestic bank transfers. Processing times vary by method — FPX is typically instant while bank transfers may take up to one business day.
Regarding withdrawals:
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet that has been verified in the name of the same 2200 account holder;
- Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed;
- 2200 reserves the right to decline or place a hold on withdrawals where suspicious activity is detected or further verification is required;
- Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may apply and are subject to change — please check your account page for current limits.
2200 is not responsible for any transaction delays or failures caused by issues on the part of financial institutions or third-party payment providers.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 2200 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 2200 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical disruptions, device failure, or any event beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 2200 platform — including logos, text, graphic designs, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of 2200 or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or modify any part of the platform without prior written consent from 2200.
Third-Party Links
The 2200 platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment providers. 2200 does not control the content or policies of such third parties and is not responsible for any issues arising from your use of their services.
Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
2200 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
